Job summary

Soho House & Co is opening a brand new Soho Home Studio in Central London. The General Manager will drive commercial performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver a premium retail and interior design service hub for members and guests.

You will build relationships, grow the interior design business, and own the showroom experience while modeling Soho Home aesthetics and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, interiors, or design-led showrooms.
• Experience with multi-step sales cycles in interiors/furniture.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of driving sales and targets.
• Experience managing high-value client relationships and delivering consultative sales.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the Soho Home Studio, delivering against sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Lead day-to-day studio operations to ensure premium retail and showroom experiences.
• Recruit, develop and lead a knowledgeable sales team with exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with membership, events and hospitality teams to generate new client opportunities and engage the community.
