Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking an Experience Coordinator at Atlantic Fields, near Hobe Sound, Florida. You will enhance the member and guest experience by coordinating arrivals, lodging, transport, activities, and special events, working closely with Club Member Services, Sales, and Operations to deliver memorable visits.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or luxury service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with club software platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or luxury guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate club software and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate arrivals/departures and bookings for members and guests.
• Meet members/guests on arrival and departure to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage inquiries via club email, phone, and messaging functions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to plan events and experiences.
• Maintain the club activity calendar and vendor lists.
• Assist with on-site overnight rentals and staff communications.
