Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving in a full-service hospitality setting, preferably luxury private clubs, high-end restaurants, resorts, or hotels.
• Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; ability to obtain/state certifications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages; ability to make pairings.

Responsibilities

• Represent Atlantic Fields culture with hospitality and meaningful connections for Members, Guests, and Team Members.
• Deliver exceptional service with clear, professional communication at all times.
• Prioritize and coordinate orders with the kitchen for timely dining experiences.
• Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies to the culinary team.
• Inspect dishes for quality, accuracy, and presentation before service.
• Verify orders against tickets for completeness and accuracy.
• Serve as FOH to HOH liaison for smooth operations.
• Provide timely updates on order status and service delays.
• Monitor menu item availability and communicate shortages to teams.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas while complying with health and safety standards.
• Oversee hygiene standards in work areas to meet club requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and club standards for safety and sanitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the club.
