You will work with the Retail Manager on daily tasks, merchandise displays, inventory, POS transactions, and guest relations, ensuring a polished, luxury experience. This role requires 1–3 years in retail, hospitality or guest service, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail operations and customer service preferred.
• Hospitality or guest service experience in luxury settings advantageous.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Manager with day-to-day shop operations and guest service.
• Greet guests, maintain merchandise displays and inventory, and process transactions.
• Support merchandising, promotions, and wrapping gifts for members and guests.
• Ensure store cleanliness and hospitality standards during peak times.
