Atlantic Fields is seeking an Experience Coordinator to join the Club Member Services Department at a location outside Hobe Sound, FL. You will create memorable experiences for prospects and members, coordinating with Sales and Operations to deliver personalized stays.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating arrivals/departures, managing inquiries, and collaborating with departments to ensure seamless service. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, luxury service, or guest relations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office, TEI, Jonas, Club Essentials, Pacesetter App, or similar systems.
• English proficiency; additional languages preferred.

This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Atlantic Fields, set outside of Hobe Sound, FL. Atlantic Fields is seeking an Experience Coordinator to join the Club Member Services Department.

The Experience Coordinator will utilize their knowledge of the market, personality, and relationships in the area and into the community to create unique and memorable experiences for every prospect and member who visit the property. The Experience Coordinator will work closely with the Club Member Services, Sales, and Operational Leaders to develop unique experiences and ensure successful stays. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, inclusive community and supporting culture of well-being where families are free to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, sharing in traditions and exploring their interests.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures, accommodations, transportation needs, reservations, and activities for members, guests, and visitors and with appropriate departments and/or vendors.
• Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure creating a welcoming environment.
• Monitor and answer all member inquiries via club email, phone, and messaging functions.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless service experience when executing requests.
• Capture meaningful member preferences, feedback, and memorable moments to help the team continually personalize and elevate future experiences. Create and update written communication and visual guides including calendars, amenity lists, staff listing, bios, and photos.
• Partner with the Sales Team to create welcoming, personalized visits that showcase the Atlantic Fields lifestyle and hospitality. Assist in planning and executing club events, family experiences, seasonal celebrations, and special activations that create lasting memories.
• Coordinate with Residential Services on booking and management of on-site overnight rentals.
• Maintain club activity calendar.
• Create and update list of trusted local area vendors, stores, and services to recommend to members/guests when requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, member services, guest relations, events, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences and building meaningful relationships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver service to members, guests, and team members both face-to-face and virtually.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate computer and communication platforms including Microsoft Office, TEI, Jonas, Club Essentials, Pacesetter App, or similar systems.

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
• Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
