Brooks Brothers is seeking a luxury retail professional to deliver high-touch clienteling and bespoke guidance. You will manage client relationships, provide expert wardrobe advice, and drive Made-to-Measure and ready-to-wear sales with exceptional service.

Responsibilities include in-store consultations, maintaining client books, and collaborating with tailors to ensure a perfect fit for discerning clientele. Flexibility to work retail hours is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion, suiting, or high-end retail.
• Strong understanding of men's and/or women's tailoring, fit, and fabrics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling experience required).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-touch experience to every client, understanding lifestyle and wardrobe needs.
• Develop and maintain an active client book through relationship building and follow-up.
• Offer expert advice on luxury suiting, tailoring, and style coordination.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations and styling sessions in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales through consultations, measurements, and fit evaluations.
• Assist clients in taking measurements and adjusting fit and styling.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through service and product knowledge.
• Manage the clienteling process from introduction to post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain boutique visual and operational excellence reflecting brand standards.
