Role requires a passion for craftsmanship, strong tailoring knowledge, and excellence in client service. Evening/weekend availability and CRM/POS proficiency are expected to succeed.

Formación

• 2+ years in luxury fashion, suiting, or high-end retail.
• Strong tailoring, fit, and fabrics knowledge.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships (clienteling).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with discerning clients.
• High attention to detail and polished appearance.
• CRM and POS proficiency; manage a personal client book.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a personalized, high-touch client experience.
• Build and maintain an active client book through outreach.
• Offer expert advice on luxury suiting, tailoring, and styling.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales through expert client consultations.
• Assist clients with measurements and fit adjustments on-site.
• Meet or exceed store sales goals with strong product knowledge.
• Manage the clienteling process from intro to post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain boutique standards and visual, operational excellence.
• Stay informed on collections, fabrics, and trends.
• Collaborate with tailors to ensure perfect fit for clients.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion.
