Job summary

Stella McCartney is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Bal Harbour, FL store. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining in-store standards in line with our uniform and grooming guidelines.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, with experience in luxury retail and face-to-face client engagement. You will support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and shipments, while upholding PCI compliance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Sales experience in luxury brand and/or outlet retail.
• Experience in customer service with face-to-face contact.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environment.
• Strong clienteling skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to maintain exceptional standards and achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends and collections to inform and assist clients.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to customers and company satisfaction.
• Ensure PCI compliance, health and safety regulations, and uniform standards.
• Replenish stock, maintain merchandise presentation, and assist with shipments and inventories.
