Job summary

LVMH Group in Beverly Hills (Neiman Marcus) seeks a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service, cultivate meaningful client relationships, leverage product expertise, and drive boutique performance through a client-centric approach.

You will build a personal client portfolio, aim to exceed sales goals, act as a brand ambassador, and deliver styling guidance across in-store, phone, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in luxury goods.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for fashion and the brand.
• Ability to develop strong relationships through communication, organization and follow-through.
• Provide outstanding customer service across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets (volume, UPT, ADS).
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while delivering results.
• Act as a brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique environment.
• Create welcoming, client-focused experiences in-store, over the phone, and online.
• Develop local and international client base through personalized outreach and follow-up.
• Utilize product knowledge and storytelling to deliver memorable client experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and protect business interests.
• Anticipate client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and styling guidance.
