Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with the boutique's high-value clients.
• Analyse client behaviour to provide strategic insights for regional teams.
• Drive sales and contribute to store performance through strategic cross-selling.
• Collaborate on events and city activations to reinforce brand loyalty.
• Utilize store tools to streamline activities and ensure flawless client journeys.
