Maison Valentino is seeking a Client Advisor to build meaningful relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service, curating personalized shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and drive boutique performance.

As a brand ambassador, you will master the client journey, engage with clientele, and consistently execute the Valentino Couture Service from pre-sale to farewell, while achieving CRM targets and contributing to store growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with a focus on clienteling and high-value clientele.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results and KPIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with retail POS systems and basic MS Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Engage existing and potential clientele through proactive outreach.
• Deliver Valentino Couture Service at all stages of the client journey.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales, CRM, and KPI targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to capture data and drive personalized outreach.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date through trainings and store routines.
• Prepare for client appointments with research and merchandising organization.
• Support day-to-day store operations and presentation standards.
