Valentino in Manhasset is seeking a Client Advisor to be a brand ambassador, delivering the Valentino Couture Service and curating personalized shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and drive boutique performance.

You will master the client journey, engage a discerning clientele, meet sales KPIs, and leverage CRM tools and events to grow relationships. This role emphasizes service excellence and collaboration in a luxury boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with premium clientele.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with retail POS systems and MS Office.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Deliver Valentino Couture Service to clients.
• Manage clienteling campaigns and CRM tasks.
