Job summary

Maison Valentino is seeking a Client Advisor to build meaningful client relationships and deliver exceptional service in a luxury boutique. You will curate personalized shopping experiences, engage with existing and new clients, and drive loyalty while meeting boutique KPIs.

The role requires experience in luxury retail, strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to support store hours and events.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional client relationships and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Computer skills to operate POS and MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Action oriented with drive for results; team player.

Responsibilities

• Master the client journey to build long-term relationships and deliver Valentino service at every stage.
• Engage proactively with existing and potential clientele; meet CRM targets.
• Prepare for appointments, research preferences, organize merchandise and create welcoming environments.
• Stay informed on new arrivals, trends, and store events; participate in campaigns.
• Support boutique operations, stock replenishment, and display standards.
