Job summary

Balmain is seeking a Sales Associate in Florida to act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized client experiences and building strong relationships while aiming to exceed sales targets.

The role requires luxury retail background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Spanish is a plus. You will contribute to team success and represent Balmain at in-store and events, upholding Balmain standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail.
• Solutions based thinker.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Represent Balmain’s ethos and values; be reliable, collaborative, and act with integrity as a representative of the brand.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Balmain’s history, heritage and products.
• Provide outstanding service to clients and be a true ambassador of the brand ensuring that every client is treated to Balmain standards.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales.
• Be creative and entrepreneurial; make recommendations to management based on observations and client experiences.
• Recruit new clients; build meaningful relationships with new clients by introducing the brand and making recommendations based on lifestyle.
• Foster relationships with existing clients; build upon current relationships through outreach initiatives.
• Be a team player; collaborate with peers and contribute to the store’s overall success.
