Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of Balmain history, heritage, and products and serve as a role model by prioritizing client’s interest and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide impeccable service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals with high levels of customer service and sales.
• Maintain an active, accurate client book and follow up on sales or client requests.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
