BALMAIN is seeking a Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver a personalized client experience and build strong client relationships while meeting sales targets. You will be a brand ambassador, representing Balmain both in store and at events, with a strong knowledge of Balmain history, heritage, and products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail.
• Solutions based thinker with collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent Balmain’s ethos and values; be reliable, collaborative, and act with integrity as a representative of the brand.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Balmain’s history, heritage and products.
• Provide outstanding service to clients and be a true ambassador of the brand ensuring that every client is treated according to Balmain standards.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales.
• Be creative and entrepreneurial; make recommendations to management based on observations and client experiences.
• Recruit new clients; build meaningful relationships and introduce the brand based on lifestyle.
• Foster relationships with existing clients through outreach initiatives; collaborate with peers to support store success.
• Support the management team with operational duties and adhere to company policies.
