Job summary

Balmain in New York is seeking a Sales Associate to provide a personalized client experience, build strong client relationships, and consistently meet sales targets. You will embody the Balmain ethos and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated to the highest standards.

As a team player, you will drive KPI performance, maintain an active client book, and support on-floor merchandising while adhering to company policies. A minimum of 3+ years in luxury retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of Balmain history and products while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide impeccable service and act as Balmain ambassador.
• Drive and exceed KPI goals through customer service and sales.
• Maintain an active client book and follow up to build long-term relationships.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
