Balmain is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized client experience and build strong client relationships. You will be a brand ambassador, representing the brand both in-store and at events, with a focus on knowledge of Balmain history and products and driving sales.

The role emphasizes collaboration, exceptional service, and adherence to Balmain standards, with opportunities to engage new clients and contribute to the store’s overall success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail.
• Solutions based thinker with collaborative attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish language abilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Balmain’s ethos and values in-store and at events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Balmain history, heritage and products.
• Provide outstanding client service and brand ambassadoring.
• Drive and exceed personal KPI goals through high-level customer service and sales.
• Recruit new clients and build relationships through outreach.
• Foster relationships with existing clients and follow up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with peers to contribute to store success.
• Support management with operational duties as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
