Balmain is seeking a Sales Associate in Miami to deliver a personalized client experience and build lasting relationships. You will exemplify Balmain's heritage, prioritizing client interests while achieving monthly targets and maintaining top-tier service standards in a luxury boutique environment.

As a true Balmain ambassador, you will drive sales with impeccable service, manage client records, assist with visual merchandising, and uphold all brand policies to ensure every client interaction

Formación

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving attitude.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a personalized client experience and build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrate Balmain product knowledge and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through outstanding customer service.
• Maintain an accurate client book and follow up on client requests.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
