Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a call center or customer service role, including internships.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiar with CRM systems and call center software; proficient with MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities
