Job summary

The Tiffany & Co. Landmark in New York City seeks a Client Experience Coordinator to elevate one-to-one engagements with domestic and global clients. You will curate luxurious, personalized journeys, uphold our heritage, and coordinate high-profile experiences across the NYC market.

As a trusted liaison among sales, client advisors and several departments, you will design bespoke itineraries, manage private spaces, and partner with top hotels and restaurants to deliver the Tiffany Touch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Multi-Lingual profiles preferred.
• Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants both domestically and globally.
• Proven experience working with VIC Clients.
• Proficency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of client service and bespoke experiences.
• Partner with Landmark teams to fulfill clients' needs and maintain standards.
• Coordinate client events and manage private spaces within the Landmark.
• Manage and resolve escalated client concerns with timely resolutions.
• Engage in direct client discovery to personalize touchpoints.
