Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Experience Coordinator to support the premium client journey at the Landmark in New York City. You will deliver highly personalized, one-to-one experiences for domestic and global clients while upholding the brand’s heritage and traditions.

Role involves coordinating events, hotel/restaurant partnerships, and luxury travel arrangements to delight top clients. Strong communication, hospitality networks, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Multilingual profiles preferred.
• Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants domestically and globally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of client service to domestic and global clients visiting NYC.
• Partner with Landmark teams to host moments and coordinate events.
• Coordinate client activities, reservations, and transportation to create bespoke experiences.
• Engage in client discovery to personalize touchpoints for each appointment.
• Collect, analyze and report customer feedback and trends to the Client Experience Manager/Director.
• Ensure store environment aligns with brand image and standards.
• Manage and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly.
