Strong networking skills, 4+ years in luxury hospitality, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word are required; multilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Multilingual proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants domestically and globally.
• Proven experience working with VIC clients.
• Strong administrative skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Offer luxury services and bespoke experiences to clients, VIC clients, and Executive Committee members.
• Curate unique client experiences by researching NYC offerings and arranging activities, dining, and transportation.
• Share Tiffany history, product information and servicing offerings through storytelling.
• Cultivate relationships with top hospitality organizations, hotels, and restaurants in NYC for priority client access.
• Develop and manage high net worth client experiences while visiting The Landmark.
• Manage schedule of multiple private spaces within The Landmark.
• Engage in client discovery to personalize touchpoints.
• Participate in networking to ensure vendors meet brand standards.
• Act as liaison between Client Advisors, Sales Team Managers and other departments.
• Partner with Client Experience Manager and Director to maintain hosting standards.
• Provide ad-hoc support to Client Experience for various tasks.
• Lead internal tours of The Landmark and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Support hospitality and selling events for VIC clientele.
