Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of client service and bespoke experiences.
• Share Tiffany & Co. history, product information, and services.
• Coordinate NYC-area arrangements and reservations for local activities.
• Build relationships with top hospitality brands around NYC.
• Manage client appointments through Booxi and email.
• Collect and report customer feedback and trends to leadership.
• Ensure the store environment aligns with brand standards.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly.
