Job summary

The Brobston Group seeks a Boutique Assistant to support the client experience and daily operations of a luxury boutique. This long-term temporary role helps create a welcoming environment and seamless, memorable client visits.

You will assist with hospitality and client treatment, including appointment preparation, product presentation, gift wrapping, and client requests; manage boutique traffic, bookings, and inquiries; and help maintain service areas and stock organization.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support hospitality and client treatment, including appointment preparation, product presentation, gift wrapping, and client requests.
• Assist with boutique traffic, appointment bookings, phone inquiries, and opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and support non-sellable stock organization.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique colleagues to maintain a professional environment.
