Job summary

Kate Somerville Skin Clinic in Los Angeles seeks aClient Concierge to be the first and last contact for guests, blending five-star hospitality with clinical front-desk precision. You will manage phones, scheduling, checkout, and documentation while ensuring every client feels recognized, cared for, and unhurried.

This role reports to the Customer Success Supervisor and collaborates with the clinical team to uphold the Kate Somerville standard.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing hospitality, concierge, medical spa, or aesthetics front-desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with discretion and warmth.
• Proficiency with scheduling, CRM, and messaging platforms, including Recura and Lead Tracker.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet clients by name on arrival and manage check-in process.
• Assist with checkout, apply discounts, and rebook next appointments.
• Document client information and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Schedule and manage waitlists, and communicate delays to clients.
• Maintain lounge ambiance and ensure retail shelves are stocked and tidy.
• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and clinical team and escalate issues when needed.
