Kate Somerville Melrose Place clinic in Los Angeles is seeking an elite Esthetician with an established book of business to join our luxury team. Part-time role with Saturdays required and growth to full-time as the book and clinic demand rises.

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician license in good standing.
• Established portable book of business with a loyal, recurring clientele.
• 5+ years in a luxury spa, medspa, dermatology, or high-end clinic setting.
• Saturday availability every week.
• Mastery of advanced facial techniques, extractions, and skin analysis across skin types and concerns.
• Polished, discreet, hospitality-first presence with high-profile and high-net-worth clients.
• Comfort with retail recommendations and rebooking as part of every visit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver signature and customized Kate Somerville facials with precision, consistency, and a luxury standard of care.
• Bring, retain, and grow your existing clientele; rebook clients on personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend home-care regimens from the Kate Somerville range.
• Cross-refer between facial and medical services, partnering with our nurse practitioners for continued care.
• Keep your treatment room pristine and help housekeeping with room turnover between clients.
• Represent the brand at every touchpoint, including events, launches, and VIP experiences.

Our Melrose Place clinic pairs signature facials with advanced medical aesthetics, delivered by a close-knit team of estheticians and nurse practitioners. We believe the right care can visibly change your skin, and that this can change your life.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an elite, luxury-level Esthetician with an established book of business to join our Melrose Place team. You bring loyal clients, exceptional technique, and a hospitality mindset that matches the expectations of a high-net-worth clientele.

This high-touch role is for a provider who treats every visit as a relationship. You will deliver customized, results-driven facials, build long-term treatment plans, and partner with our nurse practitioners to guide clients through their full skin journey.

Schedule

• Part-time: 3 days per week to start

• Saturdays are required. Saturday availability is a condition of this role

• Growth to full-time: additional days offered as your book and clinic demand grow

• Availability for peak periods, including holidays and promotional events.

• Saturday availability every week

• Comfort with retail recommendations and rebooking as part of every visit

Preferred

• Experience with advanced modalities

• Familiarity with digital charting and booking platforms

• An engaged social media presence or referral network that drives bookings is a large plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay is hourly + tiered bonus + gratuity, rewarding the providers who build and retain their clientele.

• Hourly rate: $23 to $40 per hour, based on experience and book of business

• Tiered bonus: [service and retail revenue thresholds per month]

• Gratuity: 100% of client gratuities

• Paid sick leave: accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (up to 48 hours/year), usable after 90 days
