Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in clienteling and building relationships with luxury clients.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
• Knowledge of competitor products and market trends.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and commercial KPIs.
• Provide luxury service and expert knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in-store and through follow-up.
• Foster teamwork and maintain high luxury standards in front and back of house.
