Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active client book through outreach.
• Offer expert advice on luxury suiting and tailoring.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales through consultations and fittings.
• Manage the full clienteling process from intro to post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain boutique standards and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with tailors and production teams for perfect fit.
