Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-touch experience to every client, understanding lifestyle and wardrobe needs.
• Develop and maintain an active client book through relationship-building and follow-up.
• Offer expert advice on luxury suiting, tailoring, and style coordination.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations and styling sessions in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales through fabric consultation, measurement, fit evaluation, and trim guidance.
