Qualifications

Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer priorities.
Ability to thrive within a high paced environment and multi-task.
Positive, outgoing, sales-focused personality.
Proficient in operating a retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email.
Must possess a strong desire for fashion and be results-driven.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional sales and customer service.
Build relationships and generate personal business through client-book and post-sale follow-up.
Exceed monthly sales goals and develop weekly sales plans and strategies.
Maintain visual standards and support selling floor upkeep.
Assist clients with repairs and advise on best-fit pieces; create custom pieces as needed.
Assist in inventory control on the stockroom and selling floor.
