As a brand ambassador, you will nurture relationships, capture client data in the CRM, stay aligned with omni-channel processes, and collaborate with teams to drive sales while upholding the highest standards of service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs with excellent service.
• Capture Customer data into the CRM to foster personalized connections and future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional in-store experience.
• Welcome and serve customers with an outstanding in-store experience at all times.
• Proactively engage in cross selling with all Departments to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and brand/product knowledge.
• Handle customer questions and liaise with management as needed.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to high standards and follow stock procedures.
• Contribute to security awareness and prevent product theft.
