Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Client Advisor at our New York Bloomingdales Women Hand Bags Concessions to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience. You will engage clients, provide personalized styling advice, and support daily store operations on the shop floor.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail, strong communication, and experience with Women's and Men’s RTW. You will cultivate lasting relationships, use CRM tools, and help meet sales targets while upholding the brand's

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Women's and Men’s RTW experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience as the brand ambassador on the shop floor.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide personalized styling advice.
• Support daily store operations, client outreach, product presentation and sales performance.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor and update client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Sourcing new clients and maintaining productive relationships with DG loyal customers.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
