• Achieve individual and boutique sales goals while contributing to overall team performance.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and present collections through storytelling, styling and cross-selling.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business.
• Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising, operational and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure elevated client experience.
• Stay informed on luxury fashion trends, new collections and product launches.
