Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Provide luxury service and demonstrate deep knowledge of product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the Client journey to elevate the Client experience and close the sale.
• Build meaningful relationships with Clients and work by appointment for personalised service.
• Support store operations, inventory and visual standards as required.
