Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a Client Advisor to deliver personalized, high-touch service in a luxury retail environment. You will act as a brand ambassador, create memorable in-store experiences, and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive sales and loyalty.

You will engage clients with product knowledge, styling guidance, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, while meeting commercial targets and ensuring exemplary hospitality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Deliver personalized, elevated client appointments and memorable in-store experiences.
• Drive sales through key product pillars, convert clients through discovery, and provide styling guidance.
• Optimize store hospitality and amenities and act on client feedback and NPS performance.
