Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury retail, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends. Physical tasks include lifting up to 30 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience.
• Experience in luxury consumer goods preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership.
• Anticipate client needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling guidance.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques, process charge-send sales, and maintain assigned stock.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow operating procedures, protect boutique assets, and assist with packing or wrapping merchandise.
