Qualifications

• Three years of retail sales and client service experience, luxury goods preferred.
• Strong drive for results and passion for fashion and the brand.
• Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
• Build lasting client relationships through strong communication and follow-through.
• Use product knowledge to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to boutique performance.
• Follow store security procedures and assist with after-hours security as needed.
