Job summary

Richemont Americas seeks an Ambassador of the Maison to drive sales targets and deliver a premium client experience across all touchpoints. You will participate in daily boutique operations and ensure immaculate presentation, while building a loyal client portfolio.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with management on events and CRM initiatives. Availability for weekend hours and travel for trainings is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all touchpoints, greeting customers and maintaining high standards.
• Adapt approach to the client needs and motivations; negotiate and handle objections.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships through CRM initiatives with Management support.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, inventories and back‑office tasks.
