Qualifications

• Proven success in luxury retail with targets met/exceeded.
• Fluency in luxury storytelling and craftsmanship.
• Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve international clientele.
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless luxury client experience and achieve sales targets.
• Master BVLGARI Selling Ceremony and tailor approach to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and portfolios.
• Engage at events and in-store activations as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain pristine boutique environment and assist with operations.
