Job summary

BVLGARI in Atlanta seeks a Client Advisor to deliver a world-class luxury experience and build lasting client relationships. You will achieve sales targets through storytelling, product knowledge, and client engagement in a boutique environment.

Experience selling High Jewelry to UHNW clients is preferred; you will host exclusive events, manage client portfolios, and represent BVLGARI at private events and activations.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to engage high-net-worth clients with sophisticated sales interactions.
• Fluency in luxury storytelling and brand heritage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to a diverse clientele.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and digital clienteling proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for international clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Sell High Jewelry to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Host High Jewelry events, private appointments, or trunk shows.
• Leverage an existing book of High Jewelry clients.
• Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury client experience.
• Master the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM.
• Support inventory control, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
• Represent BVLGARI at private client events and in-store activations.
