BVLGARI is seeking a Client Advisor in New York to deliver a world-class luxury experience, building lasting relationships while achieving sales targets. You will leverage storytelling, product knowledge and CRM tools to engage high-net-worth clients, guiding them through the BVLGARI offering and participating in boutique operations to ensure a pristine, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience and memorable client interactions.
Master the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony to tailor approach per client.
Convey BVLGARI heritage and values to foster brand loyalty.
Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets for individual and boutique goals.
Drive high-end sales by curating premium experiences for top-tier clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and expand portfolios.
Utilize CRM data to engage, track, and retain clientele.
Serve as BVLGARI brand ambassador at private events and in-store activations.
Uphold pristine boutique standards and assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures.
