Job summary

Vilebrequin in New York, NY seeks a Client Advisor to craft a luxury shopping experience onsite at Madison Avenue. You will welcome clients, tell the brand story, and guide discovery of our heritage to inspire. Reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with a dynamic team.

You will drive sales through personalized service, maintain store standards, and participate in day-to-day operations including POS transactions and visual upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency Required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or a hospitality setting.
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales.
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design.
• A professional, welcoming character and presentation.
• Ability to generate customer delight.
• Client-oriented with an excellent sense of service quality (go the extra mile spirit).
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence to the location.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and guide them accordingly.
• Know store layout and current merchandise, direct customers to the right area.
• Contribute to a welcoming and energetic customer environment.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals following the selling ceremony.
• Deliver luxury clienteling in-store and online.
• Study collection details and communicate them to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date customer wish lists and notify when products arrive.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and POS processes.
