Job summary

Vilebrequin on Madison Avenue is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to deliver a luxury shopping experience. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our heritage storytelling while maintaining store standards.

This onsite role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will contribute to achieving KPIs and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer-facing sales experience, preferably luxury or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence and guide customers through the store.
• Understand customer needs and tailor guidance to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of store layout and current merchandise; direct clients appropriately.
• Support store operations, including POS transactions and cash handling.
