You will know the store layout and current merchandise, perform standard POS transactions, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic team environment while achieving personal and store sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Desire to work in a retail environment with a passion for luxury product design.
• Strong sense of service quality and ability to engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Immediately welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Ask questions to identify needs and guide clients through discovery.
• Know store layout and merchandise; direct customers to the right area.
• Deliver luxury clienteling in-store and digitally; support sales goals.
• Handle POS processes and cash handling; maintain visual standards.
