Vilebrequin is seeking a Client Advisor to join our luxury team in Short Hills, New Jersey. You will welcome guests, understand customer needs, and guide them through our heritage story and product assortment to create memorable, premium shopping experiences.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, help manage stock and visual standards, and contribute to sales goals while reporting to the Store Manager. A professional, guest-centric attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably luxury/hospitality.
• Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
• Professional, welcoming presentation and excellent service quality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Deliver luxury clienteling to ensure optimal in-store and digital experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of store layout and current merchandise to guide customers.
• Process deliveries, transfers, and POS transactions with accuracy; open/close registers.
