Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, luxury or hospitality.
• Desire to work in retail with a sales focus and a passion for luxury product.
• Professional, welcoming demeanor and excellent service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at the location.
• Ask questions to identify needs and guide product choices.
• Know store layout and merchandise; direct customers.
• Deliver luxury clienteling in-store and digitally.
• Support POS processes and cash handling; open/close registers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Education

High School Diploma/Equivalency

2-3 years in a customer-facing role (sales focus)
