Job summary

Maison Valentino in Dallas is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver the Valentino Couture Service and build lasting client relationships. You will guide clients through the journey, present products, and close sales while upholding brand standards and a exceptional in-store experience.

This role requires luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Master the Client Journey to build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver Couture Service during every phase of the sale.
• Meet sales, KPI, and CRM targets in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends, and brand presentations.
• Coordinate with store teams on operations and visuals.
