Valentino in Miami is seeking a Client Advisor to create extraordinary experiences for our discerning clients in-store. You will manage the full client journey from welcome to closing, leveraging product knowledge and personalized service to drive sales and build enduring relationships.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with high‑value clientele.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master the client journey to build long‑term relationships.
• Engage existing and prospective clientele to drive sales.
• Deliver Valentino Couture Service at every stage of the journey (welcome, exploring, product presentation, closing).
• Collaborate with CRM campaigns and clienteling tools to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain updated product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals.
