• Provide exemplary client service in line with the brand’s global vision.
• Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through professional relationships.
• Ensure high-standard visual presentation reflecting brand directives.
• Understand store policies related to stock, loss prevention and operations.
• Engage in team training and development on product knowledge and sustainability.
